Chris Evans gets behind wheel of PSNI Land Rover: New Top Gear man at the Tall Ships
He's soon to be the new face of the world's biggest motoring show.
But Chris Evans wasn't behind the wheel of Bugatti or one of his many top-end vintage multi-million pound Ferraris.
He was snapped by the PSNI behind the wheel of a police Land Rover ahead of his new role on Top Gear.
And Stephen Martin, assistant chief constable posted the snaps on Twitter, saying:
"A star in a reasonably priced Land Rover. #TopGear #tallshipsbelfast @achrisevans @ChiefConPSNI"
To which the BBC's Stephen Nolan replied: "How come the PSNI never let me in a police land rover like they did Chris Evans !??? @ACCMartinPSNI @PoliceServiceNI @ChiefConPSNI"
