Barclays Bank, Grant Thornton and the CBI have joined forces to hold a cyber security and fraud awareness seminar at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in south Belfast on April 6.

Adrian Doran, head of corporate banking at Barclays, joined Mike Harris of Grant Thornton and Nigel Smyth of the CBI to launch the breakfast event. It will consider how businesses can develop a cost-effective and consistent response to challenges such as malicious software and data breaches.

Douglas Grant, Detective Chief Inspector at the PSNI, will be among the speakers at next Wednesday’s seminar.
