BlackBerry users suffer second day of disruption
BlackBerry users have been hit by a second day of disruption to email and internet access after an unexplained fault affected customers worldwide.
The maker of the devices, Research in Motion (RIM), initially gave the all-clear yesterday after problems were reported on Monday.
However, the fault struck again hours later with users unable to access emails or the internet, or to use messaging services.
Mobile operators in the UK posted messages on their websites referring customers experiencing difficulties to the manufacturer.
