Gary Grattan reports from Rally Ireland. The Rally Ireland WRC takes place from 15th to 18th November 2007, commencing with a Super Special Stage at Parliament buildings in Belfast and with Special Stages throughout the north-western counties of the island. Up to 10,000 spectators are due to pack the grounds of Stormont and 120 million more are expected to tune in on television for the first stage of Rally Ireland which starts in Belfast.
