Cape Town’s central business district was overrun by rioters on October 30, as protesters damaged and looted stores following an ANC rally. According to local reports, more then 3000 protesters marched to the Western Cape Legislature in Cape Town on Wednesday afternoon, before the demonstration turned violent.
