Amy Adams has revealed her favourite lip colour is one of Chanel's "amazing reds".
The actress shared what her go to beauty products are for both her day time and evening looks.
The stunning redhead admitted she is a sucker for a bright lip and loves mixing up her make-up look with a variety of shades and textures.
"What lip colour I decide to wear depends on the time - I keep it natural for day with berry glosses and go for more of a bright red lipstick for evening," Amy told the British edition of InStyle magazine. "I love Kiehl's balms and glosses and Chanel do the most amazing reds."
With her naturally fair complexion, Amy explained she has to be careful not to overdo the colour in her foundation. She revealed that she'll blend a couple of different products together to get her ideal sheer coverage.
"I like mixing foundations to get just the right light consistency," she explained. "I combine Clinique's Supermoisture Makeup with Crème de la Mer's The Treatment Fluid Foundation."
With awards season in full swing in Hollywood, the star admitted she is conscious of the fact she'll be wearing formfitting dresses over the coming weeks. Her top tip for beating the bloat is to up her exercise and cut down her salt intake.
"When I need to get into certain dresses for awards season, I work out really hard with Pilates and I cut out salty foods from my diet," she finished.
