The teaser trailer was released earlier this week, and the award-winning singer confessed that she struggled to find a balance between the things she revealed in front of the cameras and what she kept close.
"I always battle with, 'How much do I reveal about myself?'" she mused in the trailer. "If I'm scared, be scared, allow it. Release it."
