Christina Aguilera says fragrances can change how she feels.

The singer's own perfume creations help her to relax, re-energise and feel sexy.

Currently promoting her latest scent Red Sin, the star explained that she believes perfumes are a powerful concoction that can boost a woman's confidence. She added that each fragrance holds a special memory for her.

"They make me happy and can change my moods. I change my perfume very often. They help me relax," she told the German edition of OK! magazine. "My mom used to have a very special perfume which she loved and always wore. Sadly I can't remember the name, just the scent of it. I can remember how I would play with all the make-up and perfumes on her dressing table."

Christina also shared her beauty and wellness tips.

The jet-setting star revealed the treatment that helps her to recover from her busy lifestyle.

She also explained how she makes sure her skin stays picture perfect despite her demanding work schedule.

"If I really want to relax I always have a massage. Once a week is a must. I love a good hot stone massage," she said, before revealing her skincare regime. "I always make sure that my face is clean and gets enough moisturiser. As soon as my day is over I remove my make-up."
