Daniel Radcliffe doesn't need much sleep to look fresh.

The 22-year-old actor has such a busy schedule, he rarely finds time to snooze. His lack of down-time doesn't affect him much though.

"I don't really sleep much. I never really have," he explained.

"I've always slept, kind of generally speaking, for five hours a night going back since I can remember. That's why I'm an only child. I didn't sleep a full night until I was eight-years-old. I woke up at four in the morning every morning like 'OK, ready to go. What's going on?' That's just always been me."

Daniel enjoys being on the go. Taking a breather is a foreign concept for the star.

"I don't particularly like taking breaks. I've never taken a break. I've worked since I was 10 pretty much every day," Daniel shared. "Somebody said to me the other day - which I find is a ridiculous question - they asked about the money and the wealth thing and said, 'Why are you still working?' I was like, 'I don't know how to do anything else.' "

Daniel admits his dietary habits aren't great either. The star says he is far too busy to prepare meals on his own.

Daniel prefers take-out to homemade meals, as his culinary skills are nearly nonexistent.

"Cooking is not something I do very much of. I've tried, I'm OK - but I just can't be bothered to do it every night, which is so lazy," Daniel told British newspaper The Sun.

"But I'll get better at it and for now I can order things or microwave. So between the two of them I'm kind of OK."
