Diane Kruger wowed in a graceful floor length tiered gown at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City last night.

The star attended the 5th Annual Film Benefit event that honoured director Quentin Tarantino's influence on the movie industry.

Diane stole the show in the light grey Prabal Gurung dress that complemented her light coloured hair and skin tone perfectly.

The ruffled tiered skirts of the gown were cinched in with a white leather embellished belt, with this detail continued in her white leather Charlotte Olympia clutch bag.

Diane kept her make-up simple and fresh, opting for a loose wave hairstyle, swept over to the side of her neck.

Crow's Nest earrings were added to complete her stylish and chic ensemble for the evening.

The 36-year-old actress worked with the acclaimed writer-and-director on Inglourious Basterds, and she was joined by a whole host of other Hollywood A-list talent to celebrate Tarantino's successes.

Famous Tarantino fans present also included Jamie Foxx, who stars in Tarantino's latest movie Django Unchained, Chelsea Clinton and Harvey Weinstein.

Actress -and-designer Katie Holmes was also in attendance.

The 33-year-old opted for a simple and understated little black dress that contained detail in the wrap around waist section.

Katie added a colour pop of peachy pink on her heeled shoes that stood out as a result of her simple and chic black outfit.

The Film Benefit also hosts the Annual ceremony to help raise funds to ensure that great works of cinema continue to join the collection at the city's Museum of Modern Art.
