A Dazzling necklace designed for Hollywood actress Cameron Diaz is being auctioned this month in Northern Ireland to help raise funds for a leading charity.
World-renowned designer Rodrigo Otazu has donated the beautiful bespoke pearl and Swarovski necklace to Mencap.
The necklace will be auctioned at the charity’s race day at Down Royal on June 19.
Cameron Diaz, who has appeared in films including Charlie’s Angels, The Mask and Being John Malkovich, was Rodrigo’s inspiration as he designed this piece, which he subsequently presented to her as a gift.
The Otazu collections are loved by A-list celebrities across the world and clients include Anna Kournikova, singer Kelis and Grace Jones.
All designs are personally created by Otazu with the highest possible degree of attention and are handmade in his own production unit in Bali.
Mencap is delighted with Rodrigo Otazu’s support.
Rodrigo said: “I am delighted to be able to support Mencap by donating this piece from my collection. It is sure to be sought after, generating much needed funds to support people with a learning disability.”
