Fergie has a "love-hate relationship" with her exercise regime.
The Black Eyed Peas star - who has an enviably toned body - has been training with fitness expert DB for three years. Fergie follows a workout that can be broken into four quarters to make it appear short and painless.
However, DB's exercise regime is a double-duty combination of muscle sculpting and fat-burning jump moves, which Fergie is not a fan of.
"Fergie has a love-hate relationship with the jump squat. Hates to do it, loves the results," DB smiled in an interview with the US edition of Glamour magazine.
The fitness expert claims the gorgeous songstress has transformed her physique with his exercise regime, which includes jumping jacks with weights, biceps curls and jump squats.
Other exercises in Fergie's plan are straight-armed triceps raises, lateral shuffle squats and toe tap jumps which she performs on a bench.
DB claims if you follow his workout three to four times a week, with three sets of repetitions for each exercise, you can transform your body in four weeks.
"Since we started working together, she has totally reshaped her body," he said of Fergie. "Now she takes me everywhere she goes."
