Freida Pinto never goes out without sun protection - even in winter.
The actress looks after her radiant complexion by applying a high factor sunscreen every day and shading her skin from direct UV exposure.
Freida added that sun protection is especially important to her because she enjoys outdoor activities in the summer.
"I always wear sun cream with SPF30. Even in Canada in the middle of winter! I don't like to expose myself to the sun, my skin burns very quickly," she told the French edition of Elle.
"In the summer, I often go trekking in the mountains I prefer sporty holidays. I never wear a hat because I love playing with my hair, but I wear big sun glasses."
Poppy Delevingne also shared her top tips for beautiful summer skin. The stunning star preps her complexion by exfoliating and applying fake tan before jetting off into the sun.
Poppy added that she uses a very strong SPF on her face and wears a hat for further protection.
"I use the Organic Body Scrub Real Luxury by Neom to give me baby-soft skin. And to get me in the holiday mood, I love the tanning face gel Flash Bronzer by Lancôme," she said.
"On the beach, I'm either in the water or lazing on the sand with a good book. I use Super Ecran Solaire Visage SPF50+ by Sisley [for the face] and Lancaster SPF30 for the body. I also wear a 70s hat and my Ray-Ban sunglasses in pink metal."
Poppy also revealed her favourite post-beach moisturiser and the holiday scent that accompanies her on a night out.
"To go out, I use Crème Velours pour le Corps Chanel N°5 and I spritz on my favourite perfume, Tome 1 La Pureté by Zadig&Voltaire," she said.
