Guests received an exclusive first look at the elegant autumn looks that are expected on show at an exclusive launch event in Victoria Square.
Models, dressed in key Ladies’ Day looks from Victoria Square, graced a green catwalk, giving a taste of the style that’s in store for the first and most fashionable date of the autumn season.
A classic monochrome palette with accents of metallics and pops of vibrant purple dominated the new season collections on show, with behind-the-scenes footage from Victoria Square’s new Ladies’ Day fashion shoot providing further style inspiration.
The lady deemed first past the post in the style stakes this year will win a wardrobe-enhancing £5,000 Best Dressed Lady prize, made up with vouchers from leading Victoria Square retailers including House of Fraser, Cruise, Reiss and Lunn’s.
Those wishing to bag the Best Dressed Lady title can start their preparations early this summer, with a private style consultation with Victoria Square’s personal stylist, Rebecca McKinney.
Commenting on the return of the Victoria Square Ladies’ Day, Rebecca said:
“The Victoria Square Ladies’ Race Day is set to kick-start the fall fashion season in style.
“For our Ladies’ Day fashion shoot, we were inspired by the timeless elegance of My Fair Lady, where women were truly glamorous and an afternoon at the races equalled opulent styling worthy of Hollywood.
“As we gear up for the return of one of the most stylish events of the year, ladies across Northern Ireland, and particularly those looking to battle it out for the Best Dressed Lady title, are sure to find a perfect Ladies’ Day look at Victoria Square.”
