Ivanka Trump: Scent's for professional women

Ivanka Trump

Ivanka Trump is releasing her debut scent aimed at the "professional, hardworking yet feminine woman" next week.

The entrepreneur explained what sort of lady she hopes her first fragrance will appeal to.

Simply named Ivanka Trump, the American socialite has dedicated her signature smell to today's modern career woman.

"[Ivanka Trump perfume] is dedicated to a professional, hardworking, yet feminine woman..." Ivanka revealed in a statement about the scent.

The daughter of US billionaire Donald Trump has displayed her prowess for business through her role as a judge on her father's show The Apprentice. She has showed equal talent outside of the boardroom with her modelling career and successful ladies footwear and accessories lines. Ivanka has striven for a reflection of these two aspects of her personality with the perfume.

"There's a lot on the dowdy and mature side and there's a lot on the kitschy, ultra trendy," Ivanka continued. "But I think we're filling a void for that feminine, empowered woman."

The composition is a floral-oriental blend made up of top notes that include sparkling Italian bergamot, lush apple and pink peppercorn, a combination designed to evoke sensuality. The middle notes consist of jasmine, rose and peach blossom to add lushness. Golden amber, creamy vanilla, patchouli and smooth cedarwood are also included.

The fragrance is expected to launch next week at American chain store Macy's. Ivanka follows her father Donald into the fragrance industry following his 2004 launch of a scent under the Estee Lauder company umbrella.

You never do anything in moderation. Attend every fun party, accept every juicy offer and try all the delectable treats spread before you. Avoid unpleasant people and activities like the plague. This should be a time of enjoyment. Leave your list of chores at home. You can always attend to these jobs at another time. If you have a chance to show your creative work to a publisher, manager or agent, go ahead. This is also a great opportunity to go on job interviews, auditions and first dates.More
