Jennifer Aniston embarked on an intense workout regime to get in shape for her stripper role.
The actress shows off her super-toned body in the newly released images from her movie We're the Millers, in which she plays a stripper named Rose.
The film's director, Rawson Marshall Thurber, says Jennifer was not fazed by having to bare almost all for the role, as she's dedicated to getting into shape.
“I don’t think she ever worried about it. She got in great shape and worked incredibly hard for that sequence and it shows,” he said to People.
“I think people are going to watch it with their jaw on the ground.”
The 44-year-old former Friends star is famed for her svelte physique, but has spoken about insecurities concerning her legs before.
Yoga is Jennifer’s favourite method of exercise and she credits her instructor Mandy Ingber with helping her to finally love her pins.
“I’ve always been in shape but I could never get rid of that little saddle bag and it was miraculous how it sort of melted away,” Jennifer shared.
Mandy says they intensified their usual three-day-a-week yoga practice to help keep the star’s body sculpted before filming started.
This meant Jennifer followed a holistic approach to the yoga practise including fitness and healthy, organic eating.
“Who doesn’t want longer legs?! She is very feminine, yet toned,” Mandy explained. “Athletic and slim.”
Mandy recommends a move from her new book Yogalosophy: 28 Days To the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover, to get similar killer legs to the ones Jennifer shows off in the movie.
The move combines yoga’s Temple Pose with plié squats, finishing with 10 pulses at the bottom of the plié.
