Jennifer Connelly is the new Global Face of Shiseido.

The actress has previously represented the skincare company in Asia, but will now be the spokeswoman for the brand worldwide.

She has also been named the face of Shiseido's premium skincare line Future Solution LX.

The beauty is thrilled to be working with the brand.

"I am honoured to be working with Shiseido again and to be representing the Future Solution LX line globally," she told WWD.

"Like Shiseido, I believe it is important to prepare now for our future wellbeing. I look forward to sharing my journey with Future Solution LX with women worldwide."

Jennifer previously appeared in an advertising campaign for Shiseido in Japan. The beauty represented a make-up product more than two decades ago.

Shiseido are delighted to be working with her again.

Jennifer's first advertising campaign as global spokesperson will debut this fall.
