Kate Bosworth stole the show at the Hugo By Hugo Boss show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week yesterday.

The blonde beauty wowed crowds at the high-profile Berlin event in an elegant little black dress, which boasted a smouldering backless design.

Kate - who was a guest of honour - stunned onlookers as she turned to reveal the flesh-baring sleeveless Hugo Boss ensemble.

The Hollywood actress teamed the frock with strappy black sandals, which showed off her toned pins to perfection.

Kate kept her beauty look simple, and wore her shoulder-length blonde tresses in loose casual waves. Her make-up was natural, and set off perfectly with a subtle coral lipstick.

Kate gushed about her outfit ahead of the show yesterday. The star took to Twitter to share her excitement with fans.

"@HUGOBOSS has my back. On the way to the show! (sic)" she posted on the social network site, with a picture of her dress.

The luxury fashion house was also impressed with Kate's choice of attire. They took to Twitter to gush about her simple yet stunning look.

"Wow! The back of @katebosworth 's beautiful black HUGO dress! #mbfw (sic)," they wrote.

Kate was joined on the front row by British model Poppy Delevingne, who looked gorgeous in an embellished mini dress.

The two women received a warm welcome from Hugo Boss CEO Claus-Deitrich Lahrs.
