Kate Bosworth's style is "hipster edgy" and "always classy".
The actress has been hailed a style icon by many of Hollywood's leading ladies. Kate is renowned for being able to change up her look while maintaining a solid reputation for having a stellar sense of fashion. The latest actress to develop a style crush on Kate is Smash star Katharine McPhee who has joined her fashion fan club.
"I love Kate Bosworth's style," Katharine revealed to People. "She always looks classy, but her style [changes]. It's sometimes hippie, sometimes hipster-edgy and sometimes it's like a classic Chanel tweed dress paired with a purse. I love, love, love her."
Katharine advises starting with accessories when it comes to recreating Kate's ever-chic look. The 28-year-old star insists a great bag by a designer label is definitely worth the initial cost.
"I would say the most classic piece you can probably buy - even if you get it vintage - is a Chanel shoulder bag," Katharine continued. "You can dress it up, dress it down - you can wear [it] with jeans, shorts, button-ups.
"They usually can be a good size where you can fit everything you need, but you're not going to take excess things."
