The former Destiny's Child star teamed the eye-catching top with tight leather trousers and lace-up boots as she arrived at the Palms Casino New Year's Eve weekend kick-off party in Sin City.
Kelly kept her accessories simple, with only a thin silver necklace and a pair of diamond stud earrings sparkling in the limelight.
Earlier in the evening, the 31-year-old had tweeted her excitement about the gig.
"Having an AMAZING dinner at N9NE Steakhouse!! Then getting ready to hit up @RainLasVegas ;)," she wrote on her profile.
The When Love Takes Over singer later changed into a sparkly mini dress for her performance.
Kelly showed off her famously toned legs in a figure-hugging golden frock with long sleeves and a high neckline.
She paired the thigh-skimming number with a pair of blue suede pumps.
The star kept her curly mane tied back, but highlighted her gorgeous features with smoky eye make-up and pale pink lipstick.
