Kendall and Kylie Jenner will help raise awareness about heart disease by walking the runway at next month's The Heart Truth event.
The teenage sisters of the famous reality TV family the Kardashians will appear as part of a 20 strong group of celebrity models wearing red dresses.
The Red Dress Collection fashion show will take place on February 6 in the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
Other confirmed names to take to the stage on the night are Olympic gymnast Gabby Douglas, musician Toni Braxton and Kelly Osbourne who is the most surprising newcomer's name added to the bill.
The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute established The Heart Truth in 2002. It introduced the Red Dress fashion show as the American national symbol of women and heart disease awareness, with this February marking the 11th year of the campaign.
Diet Coke is the presenting sponsor on the night and the fruits of the fashion showcase will be livestreamed on The Heart Truth's Facebook page.
Kendall, 17, and her younger sister Kylie, 15, have seen their modelling careers take off over the past year.
Their latest campaign is a cover shoot for Australian teen magazine Girlfriend. The girls are seen playing the part of retro dolls posing pool side in a '50s-style photoshoot for the publication.
"Hey guys! Kendall and I are so excited about our cover for the February issue of Girlfriend! We hope those of you in Australia can pick up a copy! xoxo (sic)," Kylie wrote on her official blog yesterday.
This follows Kendall's success modelling for the Sherri Hill dress line, as well as being featured in People and Paper magazines' Beautiful People issues.
Younger sibling Kylie has enjoyed equal success having secured modelling campaigns for Sears line Crush Your Style, the Avril Lavigne collection Abbey Dawn Runway and the official Hello Kitty Launch for Forever 21.
