Mel B has reportedly been giving Kim Kardashian advice on how to feel confident with her pregnancy curves.
The reality TV star is expecting her first child with rapper beau Kanye West and has seen her voluptuous figure blossom in recent weeks.
Kim is determined to stay healthy and has been inspired by how Spice Girl Mel B handled her pregnancy and subsequent weight loss after giving birth.
It has been claimed the 32-year-old brunette felt uncomfortable in the white Grecian gown she wore to Elton John’s Oscars party last month, and felt compelled to have a heart-to-heart with Mel.
“Kim was telling Mel that she didn’t expect to put on so much weight so fast. She said she didn’t feel great in her white dress and was uncomfortable with the way she looked. Mel said she looked amazing, but said she finds wearing black more flattering,” a source told British magazine Closer. “Kim seemed a bit upset – she’s not used to dressing her new body and she told Mel she has no idea how she’s going to get back into shape after the birth.”
The pair are believed to have been friends for some time and Kim apparently believes Mel can offer some sensible advice about feeling fantastic.
Mel, who raises three girls, was more than happy to impart some wisdom about motherhood. The star has managed to snap back into shape following her pregnancies and offered plenty of useful information to boost Kim’s spirits.
“Kim thinks Mel’s toned body looks amazing and wanted to know her diet secrets. Mel shared loads of tips, which Kim loved,” the source added.
