Michelle Pfeiffer's secret to her age-defying beauty is "not partying too much".
The stunning actress thinks women ignore the fundamental factors when it comes to radiating health and happiness.
Michelle thinks people should go back to basics when it comes to their beauty and health regimes.
"It's really a big secret that everyone knows, but nobody wants to follow, because it's so boring. You just need to take care of yourself - watch your diet, exercise regularly and not party too much," she laughed in an interview with the UK edition of OK! magazine.
"I also believe enjoying your life and not feeling unhappy or stressed is going to make a difference."
Michelle is famed for her role as mysterious vixen Catwoman in the 1992 Tim Burton-directed movie, Batman Returns.
The 54-year-old star donned a figure-hugging catsuit for the role, and has joked she never wants to reprise the role again as she thinks her frame wouldn't allow it.
"I don't know if I can get into that catsuit again," she giggled.
