Nicole Richie: My outfits alter by mood

Nicole Richie "waits until the last minute" to choose her outfits.
The stunning fashionista always looks perfectly polished when she steps out in public.
Nicole admits that she puts little effort into creating a chic ensemble though.
"I wait until pretty much the last minute almost every single time," Nicole told the American edition of OK! magazine.
"It really depends on how I'm feeling for the day and my mood so I usually have two or three and just pick."
Nicole puts more time into styling her hair than her outfits. The stunning star likes to keep her tresses looking sleek.
"I have curly hair, so sometimes, well, all the time, I need to get the frizz out," she explained. "Suave Professionals Keratin Infusium System has made my hair smooth and more manageable."
Although she wears makeup, Nicole doesn't own any. The star simply has no idea how to apply cosmetics to her face.
"I don't even have a makeup bag!" Nicole exclaimed.
"Not like, 'Oh, I'm so dope I don't even own makeup,' - I'd love to own makeup but I don't even know what to do with it!"
