Nicole Scherzinger takes a break from diet and exercise over Christmas.
The songstress has an enviable body and often shows off her curves in glamorous gowns for red carpet events. However, during the holidays she would much rather focus on spending time with her loved ones than worrying about what she eats.
"There's no diet then! It's the time I take off from health and fitness. My diet consists of chicken, dumplings, and pecan pies!" Nicole told British magazine Closer.
During the rest of the year Nicole has a daily workout regime. She loves exercising in the outdoors and favours jogging to keep in shape. The singer claims to enjoy her fitness regime rather than viewing it as a chore that should be dreaded.
"Running keeps me mentally focused. And at the gym, I do weights and interval training and I find that really tones," Nicole explained.
The star has appeared as a judge on the UK X Factor. While on the show, the 34-year-old beauty wowed in many outfits that showed off her toned figure. After the rush of Christmas has passed it's back to the working out in order to maintain her gorgeous frame. The raven-haired star has hinted that she will be in the UK after the holidays and plans on continuing her exercise regime in London following the New Year.
"I like to pig out over Christmas and I'll work it off in January. Then I'll go running in Hyde Park and do Bikram yoga classes," Nicole added.
