One Direction have been working on their first fragrance with Olivann Beauty.
The British boyband - which consists of Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne - have amassed a fortune thanks to their popular music and sponsorship deals.
It was rumoured last month the heartthrobs would be entering into the perfume industry and now it's been confirmed by president of the company, Dana Kline, they have been working with Olivann for six months.
The brand is a spin-off of Fusion Brands Inc.'s Luxury Fragrance Division, which has been producing beauty products since 2003.
Dana told WWD the scent would launch globally in department stores in fall 2013, concentrating first on areas where the band is touring and then branching out.
The teen boyband rose to fame with hit single What Makes You Beautiful and recently released their second album Take Me Home.
More details, such as the name, won't be released until next year, but a source previously hinted what fans can expect from the boys' debut fragrance.
"It's going to be a sweet scent, definitely floral too," an insider divulged to Marie Claire.
Despite previously releasing album covers featuring the boys individually, the source added the new perfume will only come in one standard box, due to time constraints.
