Penélope Cruz is fronting Saks Fifth Avenue's 2012 Key to the Cure campaign.

The actress is the latest in a line of famous faces to lend her name to the breast cancer charity fundraiser.

As this year's ambassador for the campaign, the Hollywood beauty will be photographed in the 2012 Key to the Cure T-shirt.

Created by famous designer Carolina Herrera, the limited edition top will be sold in Saks stores this fall.

Profits of the sales will be used to help fund the work of Entertainment Industry Foundation's Women's Cancer Research Fund.

Every year, the Key to the Cure campaign teams up stars from both the entertainment and fashion industries.

Previous power couples have included Jennifer Hudson with Elie Tahari in 2011 and Heidi Klum with Michael Kors in 2009.

Campaign ambassadors also appear in a public service announcement.

Every year, Saks also holds a Charity Shopping Weekend to support the cause.

Since the campaign launch 14 years ago, Saks and its collaborators have generated more than $33 million for cancer research and women's treatment facilities across the US.
