Pink hired two personal trainers who "kicked her ass" to regain her pre-pregnancy body.
The musician is mother to 17-month-old daughter Willow and revealed getting into shape after giving birth was no mean feat.
But once she was motivated, she enjoyed the challenge of honing her post-baby body.
"It needs an iron will! Well, it was fun as well. I just needed to challenge my body. Eight weeks after giving birth I started targeting specific areas with Jillian Michaels and Jeanette Jenkins - they really kicked my ass. I need that!" she told the German edition of Shape magazine.
Pink added that she has been active from a young age.
The musician often tackles daredevil skills such as skateboarding or acrobatics for her music videos and live performances.
"I started early! I started to practice gymnastics at the age of four and trained really hard for eight years. That's why I can control my body quite well. I also played hockey and did skateboarding - somehow I just had to get rid of all the energy that I had," she laughed.
Pink added that homemade dishes are the key to keeping herself and her family healthy.
Known as a former party animal, it may come as a surprise to some that the So What star also grows her own vegetables and herbs. "I cook as often as possible," she said. "One of my favourite recipes is fresh rocket salad from our garden. I mix it with asparagus and grilled Halloumi cheese. For the dressing, I use lemon and truffle oil - it tastes like heaven!"
