A host of stars stunned at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards red carpet on Sunday night.
The 24-year-old beauty wowed in the flowing custom made Azzedine Alaia creation at the Staples Centre in downtown Los Angeles, which clung to her curves in all the right places.
The dress featured sheer panels above and below the star's bust, and boasted a full flowing skirt and train for the ultimate dramatic effect.
Rihanna revealed to E! how easily she chose the dress for her red carpet appearance at the prestigious music event, explaining: "I walked in and it was pretty much on the mirror. This one was just stunning. I loved the colour."
Rihanna teamed the floor-length frock with Neil Lane jewellery, and Manolo Blahnik heels for the ultimate glamorous look. Her ombre hair was teased into long loose curves, with the stunning songstress opting for a slick of red lipstick to finish off her look.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift also wowed in a flowing and fanciful frock with a Grecian edge. The country beauty showed off her slimline figure in a white J.Mendel dress which boasted intricate silver detailing and a thigh high split.
Taylor kept her hair and make-up simple, with her long locks plaited into a neat updo.
Katy Perry flaunted her famous curves in a gorgeous pale green Gucci dress. The form-fitting, floor-sweeping frock featured beautiful beading around the raven-haired star's décolletage area, which further enhanced her enviable assets.
The singer - who wore her long locks loose for the event - admitted she channelled Priscilla Presley with her head-turning look.
The blonde beauty teamed the look with a 381 carat diamond necklace.
"'It's heavy on my soul. I'm worried someone's going to tackle me. It's worth more than me! I thought sticking to something glam would be good for tonight," she quipped to Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.
In contrast to the elegant dresses on offer at this year's Grammys, international superstar Beyoncé opted for a monochrome Osman crepe geometric trouser suit.
The beauty - who wore her hair scraped back into a low ponytail - teamed the masculine-inspired outfit with a Swarovski clutch bag and Lorraine Schwartz jewellery.
Also changing up her look was British superstar Adele, who swapped her usual all-black attire for something more colourful. The singer opted for a red vintage-style floral dress, which she teamed with matching heels and an elegant updo.
The stars felt they were very much in keeping with CBS' memo that requested "buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered" at the awards bash.
Miranda Lambert - who wore a floorsweeping Roberto Cavalli gown to the event - joked about some of the terminology, telling ET online, "That was weird. I can't get over the puffy skin part. I'm like, 'What is puffy skin?'... I don't want to see anyone's puffy skin."
Jennifer - who wowed in a sexy waist-split number - added, "I thought this was quite conservative actually."
