Rita Ora has likened her easy approach to fashion to a second language.
The 22-year-old singer appears on the cover of Hunger magazine where she explains how her style has evolved.
In a behind-the-scenes video, the Hot Right Now songstress says clothes are a way for her to express herself.
"My shoot today was fun, it was cool I had my best friends here [Cara Delevingne] and my team. It was a good, fun shoot which was just about dressing up. Fashion to me is just like a second language, I really love it because it started off as a hobby where I used to collect magazines and rip out cool images," Rita tells Hunger TV in a behind-the-scenes video. "When I started working and I had some more money I could buy the things I loved and it's just another side of me I feel like I don't have to explain. With singing and song writing you have to explain what you are writing about but with clothes you just wear them, and go 'hi'."
Since shooting to international success with her hits including R.I.P., Rita has caught the eye of many of fashion's biggest names. With designers queuing up to dress her, the stunning star revealed which labels are her favourites.
"My favourite designers, well I love the legend of McQueen, I love the simplicity of Calvin Klein," she reflected. "Valentino is also one of my favourites, red is my favourite colour and that's his signature and also he's really cool to look at! A cool, suave young chap.
"I love just graduated students too, like Ashley Williams and J.W. Anderson, who isn't new but kind of is. British designers to me, are really good at the moment."
