Solange Knowles has revealed her rules for clashing prints.
The stylish star is famed for her quirky yet polished style and has never shied away from a tricky trend. Solange has shared her sartorial wisdom on how to combine two bold patterns for one winning look.
"Colours like violet or pink work very well with animal prints. And you need to keep a harmonic flow, so I try to not mix African and Aztec prints for example," she told the French edition of Glamour magazine.
Solange also revealed her favourite beauty products.
The star said that for her, it's all about the eyes and lips. No stranger to rocking bold colours, the fashion icon named her must-have shade as a bright orange.
"I put on a lot of mascara but above all I use a really flashy lipstick. My favorite colour is Rimmel's Lasting Finish lipstick in Firecracker," she said.
