Venus Williams describes her fashion sense as "mood-dependant and fun".

The multi-talented American has been equally successful with her sports career as she has launching her sportswear line, EleVen and her interior design firm, V Starr Interiors.

The tennis pro-turned-designer revealed she finds it difficult to pin down her style, as it varies according to how she's feeling.

"I think Serena [Williams, her sister] is more of a glamour girl, and I'm more of a…I'm more of something else. I'll have to think about it," Venus told Refinery 29.

"[My fashion choices] just depend on what kind of mood I'm in, but more than anything, I don't want anything in my closet that I have to throw away in six hours. I don't want to throw away fashion. I like to mix and match things and have a lot of fun."

Venus revealed her low maintenance and easy going attitude doesn't always fit with designers from the biggest fashion labels.

The star showed her EleVen line during the most recent New York Fashion Week and admitted, while she finds the presentations fun to watch she is already tiring of the whole fashion scene.

"I've been to the shows and that was fun when I went, but now I just want to go to mine," Venus explained. "It's hard work going to shows. I'd rather just kind of see it and run."
