Hot celebrity couple Jennifer Aniston and her beau Justin Theroux have just bought a new love nest in Santa Monica for $21m.

And the canny actress managed to broker a brilliant deal on the four-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion, paying $4m beneath the original asking price.

The former Friends star and Theroux have been the subject of pregnancy rumours on the celebrity grapevine. And if this turns out to be the case, the pair will definitely have enough room for a nursery at their new home.

It’s a plush pad with A-list features such as a wine cellar and cinema room.

The couple rented a two-bedroom bungalow in the Hollywood Hills last September as a temporary home after Aniston sold her luxurious bachelorette home for $38m. The LA bolthole was a place to call home as they searched for a new permanent residence.

The 42-year-old actress, though, has become known as a shrewd property negotiator. Previously she paid $13.5m for a piece of real estate originally valued at $37m.

Aniston and Theroux made their romance public last May and she has hinted at the qualities she treasures in her new man.

She said ‘equality, generosity, integrity, spirit, kindness and humour’ are what she looks for in a relationship.

Courteney Cox

Another Friends star is selling up — Courteney Cox has put her first home in LA on the market for $1.5m.

And the good news is a serious buyer is already beating a path to the front door less than a week after it went for sale.

The abode which is built in a French Normandy style was home to Cox before she found fame as Monica in Friends.

Expect a 3,832 sq ft property with five-bedrooms, four-bathrooms, two fireplaces, a library, dining room and heated swimming pool with a cabana.

And there is more star history here as singer Carole King also owned this home at one time, and the cover of her 1971 Tapestry album was shot in the living room.

Gordon Ramsey

Hot-headed TV chef Gordon Ramsey has just splashed out £4.3m on a swanky LA pad, despite a tough year when he had to close some of his restaurants. Ramsey (45) and his family are due to spend more time in the US as he has TV shows there and is due to open a new restaurant in Las Vegas.

The luxury home has five-bedrooms, a massive kitchen with full-length windows for amazing garden views.
