Househunters who want to live the high life now have a chance to buy one of 64 new apartments at the Obel Tower.
The 28-storey skyscraper, which will be one of Belfast's tallest buildings, has a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, including studios, duplexes and penthouses due to go on sale at the end of this month.
The impressive £75m development by Donegall Quay Limited is set to eclipse all current city centre buildings in terms of scale, form and show-stopping aesthetics.
And the Obel Tower in Donegall Quay is set to become one of the city's most recognisable landmark buildings.
With its range of stylish apartments, buyers will also have some unparalleled views of Belfast.

Mrs Boyce said the foundation piling and two basement car parks are now complete with the scheme now on schedule to continue construction above ground level in January.
The overall Obel development will also include a hotel, office facilities or further residential homes in addition to the tower which will take shape over the next 24-months.
