Linzi Uddin (28), from Downpatrick, gave birth to baby Ishmael in the early hours of September 7. The baby boy weighed in at 7lbs 12oz.
Linzi and husband Misba (34) run The Passage To India restaurant in Downpatrick, but with the new addition to the family, Linzi will be taking some time out.
“My first child was born in the old maternity in the Downe Hospital and my second was born in the Royal,” Linzi said.
“This was the best birth experience of my three babies. The staff were really nice and helpful to me throughout my time in |hospital.
“The labour was very smooth. I went in at 4.30am and Ishmael was born two hours later.”
The couple’s other children — daughter Aanish (8) and son Imran (5) — had been hoping for a baby sister.
“They wanted a wee sister, but they are dead excited about the new baby,” Linzi added.
Your youthful enthusiasm prompts you to do something very daring. Whether it's submitting creative work for review, asking for a first date, or applying for a plum position is immaterial. The important thing is to take a chance on your happiness. Gambles have a way of paying off. A youngster's progress at school is cause for celebration. It's important to enjoy the happy moments, because they will sustain your young friend through the low points. This is one of the most valuable lessons you will impart.More
