TinyLife the Premature Baby Charity for Northern Ireland announces the launch of ‘Operation Lipstick’ their annual ladies only team challenge event due to take place in Castlewellan Forest Park on Saturday 23rd March 2013.
Regional Fundraising Manager for TinyLife, Valerie Cromie says ‘This will be the third year of ‘Operation Lipstick’ as in previous years, the event promises to give the ladies a day out with a difference whilst enjoying the glorious surroundings of Castlewellan Forest Park.
Teams of 6 are required to take part in mental, physical and practical tasks, the challenges include orienteering, wall climbing, archery, raft building and raft racing and are designed to suit all ages and abilities, so you don’t need to be superfit to take part. Team entry is £10 per person and each team member is required to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship in aid of TinyLife. Those who would like to take part as individuals can join TinyLife’s Team – The Lipgloss Girls. The day closes with refreshments and a prize giving.’
