Conditions of Entry

  • All design work must be the original work and efforts of the entrant(s) and must not infringe upon any copyrights or existing design - Group Projects are to emphasise the value of teamwork during both design and implementation
  • Each team may range from three pupils to the whole class
  • Entries should be submitted on DVD
  • All entries must include a description of the proposed website’s functionality in no more than 200 words
  • All entries must be submitted with a signature of authenticity from class teacher/lecturer or principal
  • All Individual efforts and Group efforts will receive recognition
  • Winning Individual & Group projects will receive an Award
  • Competition is open to all post-primary pupils, colleges and third level students

The categories will be:

Key Stage 3 students – Individual and Group

Key Stage 4 students – Individual and Group

16-18 students – Individual

Third level students - Individual

Individual entries in key Stage 3 and 4 categories should be limited to your best 5 pupil contributions.

There is no limit to the number of groups which can enter.

There is no limit to the number of third level students who can enter.
