5. Breathing exercises

This is a tried and tested method in which many swear by when it comes to overcoming stressful moments.

And one of many benefits of undertaking breathing techniques is they can be implemented anywhere.

Lie down on your back with your arms places a little away from your sides with your palms facing up and legs straight, breathing in and out slowly with full attention on your movements.
