In my day: We quiz Dylan Quinn on the time of his life
Q. What was your decade?
A. I do like a good 1980s tune but my favourite decade was the 1990s.
Q. What was life like?
A. I was at dance college and loved it. It was engaging and exciting with so much possibility.
Q. What were you listening to?
A. Drum and Bass and lots of it, plus Blur, Oasis, Ocean Colour Scene, Happy Mondays, Stone Roses, and Bob Dylan was also in there.
Q. And the style?
A. I'm not sure that I really had one but I remember a pair of purple dungarees as I really liked them. I don't think my family and friends did. I think I was ahead of my time!
Q. What has changed ?
A. Everything. I used to have a life and go out to party. Now I have four children and a small company to run. I used to have a life.
Q. What was better back then?
A. My hair colour and my knees. A sense of optimism in Northern Ireland. Now we feel very let down by our politicians, and rightfully so.
