Leona gets sweaty with Led Zep
Leona Lewis has spoken of her sweaty experience on a tour bus in Beijing with Led Zeppelin.
The 24-year-old Bleeding Love star insists that despite becoming a global superstar since winning The X Factor in 2006, her life isn't always glamorous.
Leona recalled the time she was stuck on a hot tour bus with Led Zeppelin guitarist Jimmy Page, telling Hello! magazine: "It was so stressful and so surreal - I was so nervous I felt sick."
She added: "I looked like a drowned rat - Jimmy was fanning me. Then another bus went by full of people, and there was Jackie Chan, waving at me. So I waved back. It was the most random thing ever. We pulled out a good performance, but it's not all glamour."
But at the other end of the spectrum Leona told how she was bowled over by the glamour of the Golden Globes in January.
She revealed: "I was like, 'Oh. My. Gosh!'.
"Daniel Day Lewis came up to me and said, 'I love your stuff, I'm a huge fan and so is all my family.' And Samuel L Jackson said the same thing. It was very surreal. There were no other musicians there apart from Paul McCartney and U2, so to be in that company was awesome."
