Five men charged after €600,000 drugs haul in Co Dublin

Five men, two from Ireland and three from the UK, have appeared before Dublin District Court charged with the possession and supply of cocaine at Lusk, County Dublin earlier this week.

A Garda involved in the investigation told the court cocaine worth almost €600,000 was found at the scene of the arrest.

David Timmons, originally from Swords, Co. Dublin, was remanded without bail until Thursday, while John Gosson, of 21 Castlegrange Hill, Swords, County Dublin was remanded with consent to bail.

All five men are due to appear at Clover Hill District Court next Thursday.
