Model Kate Moss in the picture
Kate Moss was surrounded by her likenesses today as she launched an auction dedicated to artworks featuring her image, valued at upwards of £1 million.
Leading figures such as Sam Taylor-Johnson, Allen Jones and Mario Testino are among those who have used the supermodel as a muse and whose works will be sold by Christie's later this month.
Moss is in various states of undress in many of the images, which are due to be sold on September 25.
The selection, with estimated prices ranging from £4,000 to six-figure sums, are mainly photographs and together are expected to attract a combined total of well over £1 million.
Philippe Garner, director of photographs at Christie's, said the sale was a " unique presentation of emblematic works that powerfully capture the very essence of contemporary glamour and style".
The works from the sale - entitled Kate Moss: From The Collection Of Gert Elfering - will also feature in a public exhibition from September 21 to 24
Moss attended the launch wearing a silver trouser suit and posed alongside many of the scantily-clad images.
