Andras Hotels' Crowne Plaza in south Belfast has completed the first phase of its £5m investment in guest rooms.

A total of 33 new bedrooms have been added to the flagship hotel at Shaw's Bridge, with an upgrade of all 120 guest bedrooms.

New Executive Club Rooms have been finished and a floor for InterContinental Hotels Group loyalty scheme members has been added.

The Crowne Plaza investment programme, which has seen an upgrade of all public areas, began in January and will be carried out in two phases, completing early 2019.

Andras Hotels has six properties in Belfast, including a recently-opened Hampton by Hilton.
