US burger chain Five Guys to open third Northern Ireland restaurant
Top end burger chain Five Guys is to open its third Northern Ireland restaurant in south Belfast.
The chain already has one spot at Victoria Square Shopping Centre in the city, with a second due at Rushmere Shopping Centre in Craigavon.
The latest restaurant is part of a £1m expansion by Alterity Investments at the Boucher Square site. Richard Faloon, commercial director of Alterity Developments, said the "significant extension of Boucher Square cements our commitment to providing the very best one-stop leisure and hospitality experience".
Five Guys is due to open later this year. Mark Thallon of letting agents TDK said: "Five Guys is a fantastic operation which will complement the other international restaurant operators who already trade successfully from Boucher Square. We expect the addition of Five Guys will soon be enhanced by the announcement of another new occupier in unit six."
Boucher Square is already home to restaurant chains Frankie & Benny's, Costa Coffee, Nando's and Eddie Rocket's.
