'I was supplying cars to Liverpool FC's players'
Q&A: Scott Hamilton
Q: What's the best piece of business (or life) advice you've ever been given?
A: Enjoy what you do and do the basics brilliantly.
Q: What piece of advice would you pass on to someone starting out in business?
A: Ask yourself if you can do better. If you can, do!
Q: What was your best business decision?
A: Starting MyCarNeedsA.com. I loved what I did before, but this was the chance to start something from scratch.
Q: If you weren't doing this job, what would be your other career?

A: Probably still running car dealerships or a role within the automotive sector.
Q: What was your last holiday? Where are you going next?
A: I've just been skiing in Andorra for a week. I love it and the resort, it's great for families. A week in Sitges outside Barcelona is next on my list.
Q: What are your hobbies/interests?
A: I love sport but particularly football, skiing, golf and horse racing. Other than that, food, films and reading.
Q: What is your favourite sport and team?
A: I am a huge Liverpool fan and was lucky enough to live and work there, supplying cars to the players.
Q: How would you describe your early life?
A: I would like to think I always worked hard and enjoyed the results of that.
Q: Have you any economic predictions?
A: Given the current climate, I am worried about any predictions. Brexit, and our own political environment, is creating so many uncertainties. The only thing I can predict is that we are only at the start of a process of change across Europe and the EU and perhaps globally. That could turn out to be a good thing. Or it may not, given what we see in the USA, Russia and China.
