Jobs boost as work begins on new £4.5m housing development in south Belfast

One of Northern Ireland's largest homebuilders has started construction on 33 homes in a £4.5m south Belfast development with the creation of 55 construction jobs.

The Thirty Three South development, located off the Donegall Road, is scheduled to be handed over by summer 2021, with the first home handover due to take place in summer 2020.
