New Centra brings 30 jobs to Craigavon

By Staff Reporter

A new Centra store in Craigavon has opened, creating 30 jobs.

It's a £2.5m investment by Musgrave, which owns the Centra brand, and the Greene family, who have operated convenience retail stores in the area for 35 years.

It's made up of a new Centra store and Go Fuel forecourt on Lake Road, close to Rushmere Shopping Centre.

The shop features a new design being rolled out across Centra stores here.

It also includes a Frank and Honest coffee counter, a hot and cold deli and a 'mex-a-go' counter.

It's the second Centra store belonging to the Greene family in the area. They also own an outlet in the nearby Legahory Shopping Centre. It brings the number of Centra stores in Northern Ireland to almost 90, with almost 500 throughout Ireland.
