Following its relaunch in December 2017, local recruitment portal nijobfinder has delivered a record quarter one performance.

From January to March, nijobfinder 's new account registrations increased nearly 300% year on year, and the number of job alerts created increased by over 140% year on year (Q1 2017 v Q1 2018).

Nijobfinder.co.uk is the country's only cross-platform recruitment solutions provider, delivering an audience of 490,000 adults every week (according to the Kantar NI TGI survey, 2017) across its website and print supplements to public and private sector recruiters.

The new website was designed with improved search functionality to help users find their perfect job and it drives applications from a wider pool of suitable talent.

Colin Maxwell, business manager, said: "When it comes to recruitment it's the people that matter and happier, more engaged users means a greater volume of higher quality traffic and applications for our clients.

"We've also got even more ways to promote our recruiters' jobs to the right candidates with improved display advertising solutions."
