The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking a Payroll and Employee Benefits Manager to join their headquarters in Belfast. The post holder will manage a small team providing an effective payroll system to over 3,000 employees, process and monitor travel claims and ensure all HMRC employment related requirements are met. Candidates must possess a recognised qualification in UK payroll accredited by the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals, relevant degree or equivalent and at least three years’ experience in managing a payroll function.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum
