A host of Northern Ireland legal and financial firms have landed a win after raising money for charity with a football tournament.
Brightwater, which is a legal recruitment firm, challenged aspiring George Bests from seven of Northern Ireland's biggest law firms to swap their case notes, for football boots and take part in the first Brightwater Legal Cup.
The inaugural tournament, which was hosted at Stormont, saw teams from across a range of firms taking part.
That saw Baker McKenzie, Allen & Overy, FinTrU, Arthur Cox, Carson McDowell, Axiom and Brightwater, going head-to-head to compete for the trophy.
The tournament was created in aid of the MS Society, with a total of £1,235 raised for the charity on the day.
One of the firms competing was financial services business FinTrU.
In an interview with the Belfast Telegraph last month, founder and chief executive Darragh McCarthy, said he hoped to grow the business into a company employing 1,000 people.
